Yes! We offer our SoTech Support service which encompasses website support and maintenance. It’s completely optional, but we strongly recommend that you have some form of support and maintenance in place to keep your site secure and up to date.
Yes no problem! We’ll take a look at your current website and outline what we think needs improvement. We can discuss either redesigning your current site or starting from scratch.
The timeline will depend on the complexity of the website. However you can expect a non-ecommerce project to take around 8 weeks, and an ecommerce project to take around 12 weeks.
This really depends on the project complexity. We can review your project with you, and then provide you with an estimated time frame.
The turnaround time for a logo from discovery to completion is typically 3-4 weeks, subject to workloads as we’re a busy studio! Of course timescales are also dependent on response times and any additional concept amendments.
No problem! When the first set of concepts are presented to you, we’ll explain our design decisions and you can provide feedback and request revisions if required.
We include up to 3 revision rounds within the project scope. In the unlikely scenario that you require additional revisions beyond this, there will be a small additional cost which will be discussed with you.

SoTech Support is our service offering maintenance and support plans, which help evolve your business.
Our maintenance plans keep your projects safe and secure. We also offer ongoing support plans, which secure you a certain amount of the studio’s time per month. This time can be used for the team to fix bugs, test in new browsers/platforms, add extra functionality or review performance.
This depends on your growth plans and business needs. We offer support packages from one day per month to every day! Once we know what your support requirements are, we can work with you to determine the cost.
You have no obligation to commit to our support plans, but we strongly recommend that you do to keep your projects safe and secure! However, if they’re not for you, we are more than happy to provide ad hoc support for your projects.
As the client, you can manage your tasks and review the work we’ve done for you each month via an online application. This ensures that you have full visibility of how your time is being used and allows us to share key project deadlines together.
If you don’t use all your time one month, or you go over your time allocated, it rolls over across to the next month and vice versa. We will be sure to inform you how much time has been spent so we can plan together accordingly.
