Privacy policy.

Last updated: 20 April 2026

SoTech Studio Ltd (“SoTech”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect from visitors to sotechstudio.com, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.

Who we are

SoTech Studio Ltd, Cedar Barn, White Lodge, Northamptonshire, NN6 9PY. For any privacy questions, email hello@sotechstudio.com.

What we collect

  • Information you provide directly: name, email, company, and the content of any message you send us via the contact form.
  • Basic server logs: IP address, browser user agent, and request timestamps, retained for security and debugging purposes.
  • No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels. We are intentionally low-surveillance by default.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if relevant, to discuss a potential engagement.
  • To keep records of correspondence for legitimate business purposes (including audit, tax, and dispute resolution).
  • To operate and secure the website. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.

Where it goes

Contact form submissions are delivered to our Hostinger-hosted inbox (hello@sotechstudio.com). Server logs are retained on the hosting platform for the duration required by that platform’s own policies.

How long we keep it

We retain correspondence for as long as there is a legitimate business reason to do so, typically up to six years in line with standard UK record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Object to, or restrict, the way we use it.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the “last updated” date above will reflect the change. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated in advance where possible.
